ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Operations Management
Discovery, service mapping and event management, which absorbed two earlier specialist exams: the ITOM capabilities and why everything rests on the CMDB, MID Servers and the four discovery phases, patterns and top-down service mapping, identification rules and CMDB health; then the event to alert to incident pipeline, deduplication and relationship-based correlation, impact calculation producing service health, orchestrated remediation through the MID Server, and cloud discovery through provider APIs.
