PSM I practice examsIn development
Professional Scrum Master I
Scrum as the Guide actually defines it rather than as it is commonly practised: the three accountabilities, five events and three artefacts with their commitments, what a Scrum Master does and does not do, and how value is managed through an ordered backlog.
What you get
Papers are cut from the bank and weighted like the real exam, and no question appears in two of them. Every wrong answer comes back on later days until you have it right.
What the exam covers

| Developing People and Teams | Not published |
| Managing Products with Agility | Not published |
Two sample questions
1. What is a common anti-pattern in adopting Scrum?
- Shortening the Sprint from four weeks to two weeks
- Making the Definition of Done stricter
- Keeping the old process and adding the events — correct
- Reducing the size of the Scrum Team
Why: The ceremonies then cost time without changing any outcome.
2. What is the Sprint Review as a session?
- A status report
- A demo of features
- A working session — correct
- A sign-off
Why: It is a collaborative working session, not just a demo.
