Administering NetSuite: the Enable Features page deciding what exists at all, subsidiaries and accounting periods, roles carrying permissions and classification restrictions, custom fields, forms and saved searches as the platform workhorse; then SuiteFlow for state and field logic against scripting for the rest, CSV imports keyed on external IDs so repeated loads update rather than duplicate, token-based integration authentication, sandbox development ahead of the twice-yearly upgrades, and system notes as the definitive record of change.
What you get
Papers are cut from the bank and weighted like the real exam, and no question appears in two of them. Every wrong answer comes back on later days until you have it right.

Why: It is how a partner distributes their work and how customisation moves between accounts.
2. Why copy a standard role rather than edit it?
- To keep the original intact — correct
- To speed up bulk imports
- To change the base currency later
- To add a dashboard portlet
Why: Copying preserves the standard role and yields an editable custom one.
