DY0-001 practice examsFinished
CompTIA DataAI V1 (DY0-001), formerly DataX
CompTIA DataAI (formerly DataX) validates expert-level data science skills: mathematics and statistics, modeling and analysis, machine learning, data science operations and processes, and specialized applications such as NLP and computer vision.
What you get
Papers are cut from the bank and weighted like the real exam, and no question appears in two of them. Every wrong answer comes back on later days until you have it right.
What the exam covers
| Mathematics and Statistics | 17% |
| Modeling, Analysis, and Outcomes | 24% |
| Machine Learning | 24% |
| Operations and Processes | 22% |
| Specialized Applications of Data Science | 13% |
Two sample questions
1. A one-way ANOVA across three marketing channels gives p = 0.01. What should the analyst conclude?
- All three channel means differ
- At least one channel mean differs — correct
- Channel A is the best channel
- The variances are all equal
Why: ANOVA shows some difference exists; post-hoc tests show which.
2. LDA is used before a classifier to project 50 features onto 2 axes that best separate three classes. What is LDA doing here?
- Unsupervised clustering of rows
- Synthetic data augmentation
- Supervised dimension reduction — correct
- Missing value imputation by class
Why: LDA finds projections that maximise class separation.
