ACE Multicloud practice examsIn development
Aviatrix Certified Engineer - Multicloud Network Associate
Networking across multiple clouds, grounded first in vendor-neutral cloud fundamentals: the software-defined virtual network with public and private subnets, route tables and stateful security groups, peering, transit gateways and hybrid connectivity, and the multicloud problem of provider-specific fragmented networking at scale; then the Aviatrix common overlay of a central controller management plane and gateways forming the data plane, multicloud transit joining every cloud over encrypted tunnels, consistent security and egress control in the data path, and CoPilot topology and flow visibility, all operated centrally.
What you get
Papers are cut from the bank and weighted like the real exam, and no question appears in two of them. Every wrong answer comes back on later days until you have it right.

| The Aviatrix platform, security and operations | Not published |
Two sample questions
1. Which is a benefit of the controller managing gateways centrally?
- Each gateway can then be configured independently
- Configuration and orchestration stay consistent at scale — correct
- The gateways no longer need to be sized for their throughput
- Egress charges are consolidated onto the controller
Why: The controller managing gateways centrally provides consistent configuration and orchestration at scale.
2. What is the Aviatrix controller?
- The management plane that programs the network — correct
- A gateway carrying the data plane traffic
- A firewall inspecting every single packet in the path
- A CoPilot dashboard used for the analytics
Why: It orchestrates the native cloud networking through APIs and configures the gateways. The gateways, not the controller, forward the traffic.
